Larryna Posted July 28, 2015 Posted July 28, 2015 Hey Guys! I was uninstalling Get Stripped! Again! v2 to update it.So my plan was it to uninstall the mod, start skyrim to save, then quit and install the latest version of it. Ive uninstalled it. I clicked on my SKSE Shortcut on my Desktop, but because i didnt start steam at that time, it started Steam, and the STEAM VERSION of Skyrim instead of SKSE.Now ive noticed that, after around 100 hrs of playtime, when i accidently start the STEAM SKYRIM(I just have to see the Launcher) my SKSE wont work, and i get CTD'ed everytime i start SKSE.Meaning i get to see the wonderful bethesda logo, and then get ctd instantly.Ive had this before and ive uninstalled a total of 120 Mods, making skyrim absolutely clean, because i knew it was because of modding.Skyrim worked fine, and ive installed the mods again. Now im asking you guys.I know its because of this mod, missing data i dont know.I dont want to clean up my skyrim, with like 220 Mods, and up to 1250 saves. There has to be a way to fix my problem, please i need your Help guys.*note that english isnt my main language so sorry if ive made any mistakes.btw My first thread on LL
Guest Posted July 28, 2015 Posted July 28, 2015 A CDT at the Beth logo happens when tere is a missing mod 9esm or esp.) that is required by another mod. If you are using a Mod Organizer or Whyre then these tools will tell you what is missing. If you don't, then open all the mods with TES5Edit (all of them at the same time) and look and its logs (in the TES5Edit vwindow) too see what is missing.
delgathar Posted July 28, 2015 Posted July 28, 2015 1250 saves? Clean your save folder like Whoa! Try to keep under 100 in the folder. You can archive them somewhere else if you don't want to delete.
randomtguy Posted July 29, 2015 Posted July 29, 2015 If you use Wrye Bash have you rebuilt your bashed patch after deactivating the mod? If not it may still have that mod as a dependency.
