[SOLVED] Missing Texture Issue

So one of the NPC this mod changes, namely Ahtar has missing textures for his Hair. Particularly the Feathers and Bandana, they appear purple in game.

 

So naturally I checked the folders, and to my surprise the textures are there.

 

So I check the nif file, and to my surprise the paths are set too!

 

So I have no idea what I am missing at this point! I double checked the paths and all. 

 

EDIT: Facegen files in Creation Kit were exported properly XD

Im Having the same problem , Altho i am not a file manipulating master ( by any means ) ... I walk into a bar ( old Joke ) and half the textures are missing .. i save / quit / restart game then all the textures are there ?? ... freaky
