Meshes disappear after extracting by tmc polygon program ?

Update :It's because the bug of polygon tool ,waiting for the next update

 

i extract the pelvis of kokoro Real Nude Mode Refined Version
i use tmc polygon to extract the mesh ,
here is the picture of tmc file


after i extract the mesh Kokoro-WGT_body_5.tmcmesh ,some mesh disappears as you can see

i try inserting all 5 mesh (Kokoro-WGT_body_0 ,1 ,2,3,4,5)
to a tmc and it cause some hole like you see above
