Random CTD outside of Helgen Cave

Hi.
 
Could someone kindly diagnose my CTD issues?

The game runs without any CTD from the Intro to the Helgen Dungeon Exit. After that, I cannot successfully walk to Riverwood without a CTD along the way, no specific location (I would like to say whenever Hadvar talks, but attempted to walk another direction altogether and CTD).
 
I was able to make it with no CTD with all Sexlab mods off (along with it's dependencies eg. Death Alternative). However, attempted trial and error but I cannot figure which specific mod(s) keep causing a CTD. I have also attempted turning down the graphics to the lowest in case there is a shortage of memory.
 

Not being an expert with debug logs, I am hoping someone can shed some light on the reason why.

Removed Duel Combat Mod which partially fixes my issue. CTDs are still frequent.

 

The recent few Papyrus logs show something similar as the final entry:

[07/24/2015 - 01:20:33AM] SEXLAB - NOTICE: ValidateActor(Sigrid) -- TRUE -- Cache MISS

If not Sigrid, it's another actor. PDTWrapper does not appear to fix this problem.

 

Any suggestions or settings to change on Sexlab?
