Hotkey issues

I'm having a huge problem with hotkeys that's come out of nowhere. Having used Hotkey++ for ages it suddenly started making keys unresponsive. I've since tried AH Hotkeys, got it all set up as per his instructions, and it's doing exactly the same thing. SkyUI's hotkeys aren't affected, but when it happens it affects all MCM that have their own hotkeys included.

 

Any ideas? It's driving me insane
