Replace body for custom follower

I need help replacing the Better Males body with SOS for this follower mod.

I want the Abram follower to have SOS, I don't care about the other one. Sorry for the noobish question, I suck at learning how to manually replace meshes and textures so if anyone can give me a little help on how to do this, that would be great.
