HDT and XP32 Breasts Physics problem

So my breasts physics isn't working and I did have this problem where the breasts are technically moving, but statically.

 

Here is my load order list and other stuff if anyone can figure it out because if all else fails.

 

I might have to do a clean install again and that was very painful.

 

 

Please help guys, I really don't want to lose my saves over this.

If you are using HDT, your load order has nothing to do with it, unless you're using a custom race.

 

Have you tried reinstalling your body, then XPSME, then HDT?

If you are using HDT, your load order has nothing to do with it, unless you're using a custom race.

 

Have you tried reinstalling your body, then XPSME, then HDT?

Did what you told me and it works without a hitch.

 

Now I have a new problem.

 

The charactermakingextender keeps popping up everytime I start up the game like loading a game file. It also happens during new game.

 

Another note is it tells me to raise priority which I already did.

 

What do I do now if you can respond?
