Futanalivion Help

I downloaded Futanalivion and installed it but it doesn't seem to be affecting the game. Need help on what the mod does...

you think that it does nothing but in fact, it does, it adds cherry's atelier to market district, and gives you the spells (sexual temptation) along with accesories, strap-on and camera manager, it must do something else, but teh fact that it is untranslated is a downer, should also add transformations or something, haven't tested it troughly due to the language barrier (and the dialogs being gibberish do not help either) careful, it is a really outdated version of the atelier and the girl use actual races of the game, they do not look like my new stacea or flora, here, a pic of where it is

 

really old design, the new one uses her own hair(does not need beautiful people)

Do you or anyone know how this mod actually works? I have it installed fine and I get the items and spells and all that, but nothing seems to actually function. Does anyone have any idea how to run this thing?
