Vanilla hair re-meshing mod?

Do you know of any mod that completely replaces the vanilla hairs (particularly female) with redone versions with much higher polygon count?

 

I've found HD re-texture mods for the vanilla hairs, but not re-meshes.

 

The original un-modded default vanilla hairs that the game comes with are kind of jagged and blocky and generally look awful, just like all the vanilla PC and NPC meshes.
