help needed with hands and feet

hello everyone !

 

little problem with blender.

when i import body_0, hand_0 and feet_0 i get this :

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

as you can see , the hands seem too big, not in the right place, same for the feet...

is that normal? or did i miss something?
