Is there a way to enable HDT for SoS but only on the balls?

It's really easy.

 

First download this:

- HDT-SMP .7z

 

copy skse folder to your data folder

 

 

 

Then download this:

http://www.loverslab.com/topic/45034-prepacked-hdt-sm-hdt-skinned-mesh-physics-with-modding-guide/?p=1227660

 

In hdtSkinnedMeshConfigs you only need defaultBBPs.xml and malegenitals.xml, you can delete the rest.

 

Then copy hdtSkinnedMeshConfigs folder to your skse folder.

Edit: Nevermind, issue resolved.

I tried the above and it works, but the balls are way too bouncy xD especially if you are jumping around or sneaking and unsneaking lol

 

I 'think' it's possible to edit the values in the xml file to lessen the amount, but I'm not entirely sure. I haven't figured out if anything I edited actually did something significant.

The scrotum is a bit too bouncy and stretch for sure, I think I'll have a play around with the xml's later to see if that can be adjusted.

 

I think if you lower the weight they should calm down a bit. I didn't test it but I tested more weight than default and they were swinging even more.

I reduced the mass to 0.18 that seems to look the best. They still have reasonable weight but not so much that they end up stretching the mesh.

I've been experimenting with that... flaccid HDT seems to work by modifying the B3lisario UNP skeleton and adding a Havok XML, but it doesn't play nice with the Havok erection animations.

I've been experimenting with that... flaccid HDT seems to work by modifying the B3lisario UNP skeleton and adding a Havok XML, but it doesn't play nice with the Havok erection animations.

For the schlong, I use these:

HDT 14-28 for 7B Bombshell

SOS - B3lisario UNP Addon

 

1. Changed the bone hierarchy in the skeleton:

Data\meshes\actors\character\character assets\SOS\B3lisario UNP\malegenitalsf_1.nif

So that Pelvis>GenitalsBase>Genitals01>etc

2. Added a reference in the nif to a havok xml, with the collision and constraint stuff.

The mesh is still a bit off, though. I use schlong sizes between 8-12 which works fine, but on size 20 the shape exploded.

Furthest I got was the havok ref and a infinitely long Gen01 bone for my xml. I guess this turned out to be way above my head.

 

 

Just tested it.. haha.. wow.  The results are pretty great. :D  I gotta record some of this..

 

Did you ever try racemenu scaling? I always thought the default SOS sizing was pretty bad, though I haven't used it in so long. Seems racemenu scaling is allowing me to keep some values. The only real issue I'm seeing is the balls are twisting around a lot so I have to keep them smaller.

And good point about racemenu. I had disabled it (the b3lisario sliders), but just tried and it looks fine.

 

I've been thinking about the balls problem too. As I see it, they constantly collide because there just isn't enough room between the schlong and those amazonian thighs ;)

The alternative, making the collision shape smaller, just makes them clip into the thighs.

Gonna try some different hdt settings tonight to see if they can 'rest' more naturally against the legs.
