Need help finding errors in Papyrus

Hi,

I have rebuilt my Skyrim installation and although my VRAM is at half usage, CPU usage is low and GPU usage is normal, I'm getting fps between 6 and 20. After running around in Solsteim following a AS-LAL start for about 2 minutes, i quit the game to find a papyrus log that was 5.69mb. While I'm not opposed to the idea that somewhere in my 280ish addons is a combination that is capable of putting papyrus under this much stress, i feel it is more likely that i have a mod problem somewhere, an incompatibility, etc  that is causing it. Here is why. The Papyrus log is here:" results. While there are many mods i have installed that i haven't used before, i have never seen this before, they are a huge part of the log, taking up what seems to be the majority of it. It may be the cause of or it may be caused by the problem, but during this time i was attacked by a Reikling (or whatever its called, not gotten to Dragonborn yet), was downed which triggered DA-YMOYL but i remained standing. I don't know if this is a cause of my script problems or a result of it, but i will leave that to be decided by people that can understand logs.

My mod list is also attached, you may notice that there is a mod called "Steam installed" this is a bashed patch of some mods i got from the Steam Workshop, namely quests and new areas, would need to do some digging to find them but i don't believe any of them are likely to be script intensive or incompatible but i can find them if asked. Any help greatly appreciated.

Over the past day i have gone off, done some research and found that the problem i was having that i had never seen before is called stack dumping. The reason i had never encountered this before is because i had previously only used graphics mods, not script mods. Is there any way to increase the number of scripts that can be active at once before skyrim dumps them? If not, is there anything in my papyrus that is an indicator of anything that might be increasing this problem, like a particular mod that show up repeatedly? i seem to see script slncaddondgscript and slncaddondbscript come up very often with errors. A quick google seems to indicate that this is the sexlab framework, which for obvious reasons i would rather not remove. Why am i having problems with the framework and the DLC? Have i done something wrong? I have the framework immediately after the DLC and there patches on my load order so nothing could be interfering with them. I have attached a more recent papyrus, with a bit more play time so theres a lot more in it. any help would be greatly apreciated.
