{Req} Convert Retexd Temple Plate to CBBE

Looking for someone to convert a retextured Hentai's Temple Plate to CBBE. If this has already done can someone link me to the file? That would be awesome. Here's the retextured link:

Anyone willing to do this? If someone could point me towards a conversion guide I'd be willing to give it a shot myself. I've looked but can't find any guides.
