I only ever had this problem with those weird shoes / slippers that the game offers as nightwear.

(Plus of course the strap-ons are black. KinkyMod may not recognize the penis you have installed, I believe that's why a previous answer recommended removing your penis and installing the linked version.)

Maybe, during your first days of a new game, change some NPC females into revealing (JoshQ) skirts. Oh and learn to kinky-dance, and use it in bars.

(I believe this will increase NPC sims long-term "horny" motive, which is useful if you want to Woohoo with them later).

 

Like my Riverview experience was hilarious: I gave Ruby Broke a JoshQ skirt early on, then went on a Whoring Adventure somewhere. When I started working Riverview as a Callgirl, my first call was from Flat Broke (who asked my sim to woohoo with Buck and Flo, which caused Ruby to spontaneously masturbate ...)

 

Starlight Shores: Doesn't work well for me, I keep getting NPCs (rapists?) stuck on the map edge, resetting them does nothing, and the "stuck sim" spam got on my nerves. Same for Appaloosa Plains, NPC sims seem to get stuck underground (next to the criminal place IIRC).

 

Moonlight Falls: One of my favorites, but my "Tony Therapist" athletic/insane/evil sim focused so hard on Alchemy that he forgot to woohoo, and has never raped uh therapied anyone.
(I was going to give him a teenage flatmate, but found I could place her in any lot so I started a new Teen Whore. When she became a callgirl, the first call was an invite to my former sim's house ... and she was able to steal all the potions from his World Adventures chest ) I don't have Generations though, and vanilla school is boring as hell. Having a girl who's only watched some TV and never felt aroused in her life "whore" successfully felt wrong; I stopped playing her after one weekend.

 

Bridgeport: Long load times, many false-alarm "stuck sim" messages (the damn elevators) - but I like the sims and the venues. After a half-dozen apartment visits, I did eventually get call-girl calls to a mark's high-rise apartment. 

Only weird detail was they start woohooing in the ground-floor lobby. "X asks you to sleep with sim Y" sometimes takes forever because of the elevators.
One of my Brdgeport games had a stuck sim (always the same guy, resetting doesn't work) but replacing the building helped.

My Porn Rock band (guitar, bass, drums, stripper) didn't work at all well though, they got two gigs and never another one after that. 

 

Riverview: 

Hidden Springs: Supposed to be a really rich town, but my call-girl there only got generated visitors. Got bored after a half-dozen or so.

 

Twinbrook: The laundromat should be renamed rape-o-mat but that's the only thing I remember about playing that.

Hm, playing a male now ... differences between the sexes that I've noted:

Playing males means it's much harder to level up exhibition (there are no revealing clothes or panties for males), 

You need to actively tell them to wank instead of just going to the toilet and shower and letting it happen,

And for some reason male-male action sometimes seems to count as "vaginal" sex if you check the skill stats.

I discovered a "new" bug in KW 288 version. When my Sim is invited to visit home of the inactive Sim he either goes to his own home or not going at all (mostly happening). There isn't any message in right upper corner why didn't he go.

   Did PikAs2's info help and solve your issue?  When you say your sim was invited to another's home....was it a Callgirl/MaleEscort call?  If it's an NPC doing the calling there is no home for them to go to and should arrive at your sim or simette's home.  I am not familiar with the "Go Here" mod. 

 

  Are you willing to part with a bunch of your mods to see if it improves your game play?  I'm attaching a pic of my NRAAS mods and if you can get yours down to these select few then you should be good to go.  Either that or start taking things out one at a time and see how it affects your game.  I know from personal experience that is a pain in the arse.
