Front Character View Whilst Running??

Hi Guys and Girls.

 

Question:- Is there a mod to allow running in 3rd person view while the camera is on the front of the character? I'd just like to see'em bounce while running;) If there isn't then could someone make a mod? Surely it can't be too difficult?

The console command animcam enables you to shift the view without changing the relative directions of your movement keys (WASD in most cases). It would be nice if there were a one-button alternative though.

I would have thought if it was possible some scripting wiz would have made those cams available by hotkey as well.

With the Source engine, you can bind commands to single keys while in the console... I'm assuming this isn't possible for Skyrim?

I tried the animcam. It works but still doesn't allow complete directional control of your character while moving. Ideally I'd like to be able to rotate around my character (and zoom) whilst still maintaining directional control! That way if I get into a fight I won't have to enter the console and switch off animcam. I'd also like to run around scenic skyrim rotating and zooming whilst recording video with fraps:D.

The only mod I'm aware of that enables this is the 'Catwalk fix' mod on Nexus. Unfortunately it only works for walking, but it's good enough for me. It has 8 directional walking animations.

I would prefer a vertical panning one, but im sure to hear about it now so i'll keep that posted if n when ^

I've asked about this a few months ago. Currently there are no mods that does this. That "catwalk fix" is just a bunch of walk animations that allows you to "walk backwards towards the screen" instead of still facing the front. No BBP support either, so it's kind of useless.

This adds a new feminine running animation that lets you run towards the screen although its kind of a canted angle but you can still see them bounce. I also like the animation.

Legit. Installed it the other day and it let's you run facing all directions, which is weird because it only affects walking animations, to my knowledge. Albeit my knowledge of how mods work being very little.
