Need help retrieving BodySlide settings from a .nif file.

I have this custom body I spent 2 hours working on.

I saved the preset.

And then I lost it. For some reason my preset was set as a clone of the Athletic physique.

Is there a way to retrieve my settings from a .nif with BodySlide or OS?

Kinda important to me, I've done this once before and lost it all.

If you made a body or armor with your preset before you lost it, you can remake your preset if you look at this topic (http://www.loverslab.com/topic/44973-bodyslide-transferring-slider-preset-from-outfit/).
