SKSE Not loading, no error showing either. [SOLVED]

I've been playing Skyrim quite a bit yesterday but when I returned to play today I couldn't even enter Skyrim.

As soon as I opened SKSE it instantly opened and closed the black box (I think it's called ''CMD'' for short)

but no error was showing. I've checked my loadorder, reinstalled SKSE but nothing has worked so far.

 

EDIT: Checked Steam for missing files. All working now.
