Help with my Papyrus Log

I get game crashes on load and sometimes when I save, even on a brand new game I start from scratch. Here's my load order first.

And now the Log; it's too big to copy-paste it here so I have uploaded it.

I use LOOT to arrange my mods, and clean them with TES5Edit if it tells me to. I also use Wrye Bash to make sure everything looks good and to generate my patch.

I just want to know what I need to do to get my game working again. All the mods seem to function fine except one, which works when I force it to. Any ideas what's wrong?
