Bound animations?

I have installed some mods and sometimes it equips slave stuff and says about tying wrists etc but then plays a regular animation.

 

Are supposed to play there bound animations or its only text stuff?

 

Also i read i should have gag sounds with gag stuff equipped and instead i Always have normal sounds.(but some mods recognize gags since i see special dialogue options).

 

I have to say i am using bnb body from nexus instead of a normal T6+ skeleton (will change soon btw) dunno if it might be related.
