I'm not sure how many people will find this useful, but here we go:

what you need

1)racemenu (latest version hopefully)

2)fixed fangs for females mouthhumanfchargen.tri files, I personally used Better vampire Fangs and eyes here, but this should work for any replacer

Here's an example with my wood elf noob (excuse the potato quality of screens, on laptop currently)

To start off , save game or keep a reliable save since we'll be changing race via console soon. Open console and type player.setrace xxxxracevampire , where xxxx is whatever race your character is, in my example its "player.setrace woodelfracevampire".

NOTE : for custom races - If your custom race doesnt have vampire option defined, you can just use any vanilla race character and transfer the morphs to your custom race later (provided it uses humanoid head part for mouth ofc),as you will see in guide.

now that we're vampires , open up racemenu and check if you have fangs, should be easy via expressions tab (big aah)  :

this is how better fangs .tri looks, your results may vary. If you dont have fangs as female vampire means you didnt install fixed .tris that are requirement, so go ahead and fix that first. Now, head over to sculpt tab, and only thing you need to do is hit F5 , name it whatever and hit E to save.

BE SURE YOU REVERTED TO NEUTRAL EXPRESSION IF YOU TESTED FOR FANGS BEFORE EXPORTING !

Ok now we're done with vampire part, go ahead and load your earlier save before you changed race via console. Open up racemenu (showracemenu) and head over to sculpt tab. Time to import our vampire head, hit F9 and a dialogue similar to this will appear, some of headparts you have will likely be named different but thats mostly hair / brows etc :

Use arrow keys and press T to deselect everything except FemaleMouthHumanDefault

Hit E and thats it ... wait what, nothing changed? Lets test for fangs in expression menu again:

And now you have a non vampire race with fangs. One thing to note is you can reuse your exported head to give fangs to any humanoid (provided you ONLY check the FemaleMouthHumanDefault part when you import, else you will get hilarious mess). Heres a nord girl with imported fangs from this same wood elf vampire head :

And thats it, hope somebody finds this useful. I didnt test this with realistic teeth and its kickass fangs replacers from user simonf13 (link / nexus) but in theory should work.

Figured I'd leave something here that might help someone. TLDR; read on if you'd like to give an NPC fangs/vampire eyes without turning them, either because you have the grey/burnt face bug, or you don't like the sunken cheeks and just want fangs and eyes.

I got sick of the grey/burnt face vampire bug on NPCs that wouldn't go away no matter what I did. I decided I'd be happy with just fangs/eyes on my favorite follower (Cicero). There are probably easier ways to do this but this is what I did:

Note that this is just the trial/error of a complete n00b, that worked in the end.

First, I used a preset savegame from the Nexus (available for about every vanilla NPC) for my NPC of choice, then followed this guide here. Save the mesh from this step to your desktop (from Data>SKSE>Plugins>Chagen).

I then followed this video:

My original intention was to just make a clone follower of Cicero as a vampire, which I did, by just copying him and changing his eyes to the vampireeyes texture (I used Covereye's vampireeyes, just copied the texture and moved it into the folder structure shown in the video). I also added Skysight skins and changed his hair from one vanilla hair to another. After this failed (his dialogue was all messed up), I decided to try something else. If this worked for you, then skip the rest of this!

I opened up the .esp I just created in the attempt above, and used the texturesets for the eyes on all versions of Cicero(just doing his Dawnstar version didn't work for me personally). I exported (ctl+f4ed) each one (while his race/sex was also highlighted in the menu) and nifmerged those meshes (Data>Meshes>Actors>Character>Facegendata>FaceGeom>Skyrim.esm) with the one on my desktop that was made with this guide here, and it worked! Do make a note though, ANY mesh changes you make to an NPC will not show in your current savegame if you had that NPC loaded. I found that out the hard way. Mesh changes (like hair and teeth) require a new save to be seen! Eyes also were not loading on my previous save, though not sure why. You can change his eyes back to normal anytime by just going back to creationkit and changing his eyes. If you'd want to revert to normal teeth however, you'll have to load a different save.

I really hope that rabble made sense! I can try to clarify if needed. I really hope this will help someone! ^o^

Also, if you get an error trying to open Nifmerge for the first time (msvcr110.dll is missing), I found that downloading both x86 and x64 versions of C++ fixed that for me.

An example of what you can accomplish! :)
