How to use Texture Blender?

I am using UNPB Chapi  form Unified UNPB Special Bodyslide 2 and I added the vagina physic with Nifskope and its work but I still don't have the texture of vagina, people say it need Text Blender to create the texture but how? 

 

I have a few questions too

- I added hdtmalewolf.xml to wolf and dog, they are work but I wonder if I add this to other creatures, Will it work?

- Sexlab's Lip sync never works, Is it requires other mod?
