Requirements

• Fallout New Vegas. Should be obvious, but a few people have tried to use it with Fallout 3.
  
• NVSE 4.5 minimum; 5.0+ is recommended, and required by many sexout mods.
  
• NX 16 or later (NVSE Extender)
  
• A compatible skeleton. You have 3 options: The sexout standard is Astymma's BnB BodyExtender FAFF NVG, you can also use AJ's bodymorph skeleton or Deede's The Skeleton.
  
• SexoutNG - CORE and DATA.
  
• SexoutNG - Bodies OR Nude male and/or female bodies manually installed, see spoiler below.

No it doesn't work for Fallout 3. You'll need to use Animated Prostitute on Nexus, or the Sexout version for Fallout 3 around here. There's also Sexus, if you're interested in being raped by animals.
