bug npc approaching just to say hello :o

I am new to FNV mods i installed lot of stuff

 

Most seems to work properly but i got this bug that i can t identify in order to fix:

 

NPC sometimes approach my character to say hello.

 

Now, its either a conflict with

SexoutSexAssault-March that used to work

 

Or maybe tryout or don t know....

 

this is my load order..

 

 

Can anyone help me?

Should i provide other info or any idea on how to identify the problem?

Some times Smallertalk act very wierd! Wat version do y have of Sexout and Sexoutcommonresources?

msex plugins are out of date

 

If that don't help, y might considering reactivate all sexout plugins! Load a save with all sexout plugins deactivated, save (in new slot) and exit. Load sexout plugins and load the save.

By the way how did y get Lings plugin to work?
