Auriel's Bow effect on every weapon

I've got a bug where all of my weapons that I use get the visual explosion effect of Auriel's bow sun damage and a pool of fire at the point of impact, no extra damage though. This is happening on my scythe and bow but no spells of course. Has anyone seen this before and know how to fix it. Its really annoying as the fire blocks my vision (its everywhere) and it kinda breaks the feeling of a sneaky assassin when every time I do a stealth attack all i hear is BOOM and a blinding light... sneaky, i know.
