People have requested some mods that were banned that were used from other assets without permission like Apocalypse Armory and it was perfectly okay to upload a mirror link. But stuff that uses copyright assets from another game usually are restricted due to infringement and TOS/EULA of the other game developments rights. I wouldn't expect port material from other games here. There's other places that use that practice and take fame as if it was theirs.
