Schlongs of Skyrim - High Elf and Wood Elf Crash

Whenever stripping male high elves and wood elves, Skyrim crashes to desktop. I've done a little research in this and found others have had the same issue. The skeleton has been blamed for it. I found the issue involves the malebody_0 and malebody_1 files. Replacing these files prevents the crash, but at the expense of not have SoS mesh bodies. 

 

I also tried using the High and Wood Elf Skeleton fix mod found here http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33470/?but that did not help.

 

I saw SoS made a publish that fixes this issue, but I've not found the files in any folder. I manually install files, due to using the Unique Bodies mod. 

 

Is there another fix I could do? Has a resolution already been found?

 

In the mean time, I found an unconventional fix. The Better Underwear mod from Skyrim Nexus removes the loincloth and does not place genitalia in its place. I could swear I had this issue way back with very first SoS, I dont really remember how I fixed it though. Never had any issues since I switched to HDT and xpmse though, so I'd recommend you do that too (unless you're already using newest xpmse/sos/whatnot, in which case best to ask in their respectable threads).
