Never came across the pose used in your picture, I guess it's one of those private mods never shared except in the form of teaser pics on SHY.

 

The 'tentacle armor' picture is actually a Hentai artwork featuring the legendary 'Guyver' armor which has a mesh of thin worm-like tentacles underneath as a kind of chainmail. Ah, 'Human Centipede' (deliciously parodied in the 'South Park' episode 'HUMANCENTiPAD'), the 'Guinea Pig' series, stuff by Takashi Miike like 'Ichi the Killer'... Good times for depravity! I loved watching lots of movies like that a while ago. A more recent movie I've seen is 'Grotesque'. There are also these classic Japanese Seventies movies (can't remember their titles) depicting many depraved practices in feudal Japan.

 

Though I just noticed most of the stuff I mentioned aboved is more gore-/violence-oriented, I also like movies like 'Tokyo Decadence'.

Yes, it was an awesomely sick concept. So what about a human centipede mod for Oblivion? Capturing random NPCs, fusing them together, with the Adoring Fan at the end of the queue? The ability to summon the centipede anytime to assist in combat, wielding countless swords and axes? Infamy going up astronomically for every new 'segment' added? If only there were modders around with a passion for such sick stuff...

Chain beast idle animation has all four idle animation. while common grey werewolf has all four running animations, what we really need is an all four walking animations.
