Anatriax Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Ok. I know you have to have HDR turned on with ENB or you get the black sky bug. I have HDR turned on. I'm still getting the black sky bug. I turn ENB's effect off? no more black sky.
EllieIsNotHere Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Do you have a different ENB you can use? See if it's that one ENB, or them in general? I have no idea with ENB's - I've never used one, so I generally have no idea.
Guest endgameaddiction Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 What Fallout enb preset are you using?
Anatriax Posted June 9, 2015 Author Posted June 9, 2015 OvergrowthAnd it's not all the time. It seems that my HDR randomly gets turned off, even though I have my .ini files marked as read only
Guest endgameaddiction Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Well, I've ran into the black sky bug quite a few times over the years. A few from before using ENB back in 2011 or 2012 with Fallout 3 and then a few with ENB, but with Skyrim. It's very very very rare, though. And I've always had HDR on. If it's not a very very common issue, it just might be a bug with the ENB preset or the way overlay displays handle. I believe the few times it's happened way before ENB was with Fellout or some similar weather mod I used back then for Fallout 3. I had pure black sky and white clouds. It actually looked real cool and I wish I still had those screenshots, but the game eventually crashed. So I don't know if it's a bug with the engine or the mod. Try asking the author of the ENB,
