It's rather unapealing to have a man making out with a flat penis and mot penatrating the women. What mod do I need to get this action?

You probably have three options:

 

1 - use SexLab's built-in nude suit option

2 - install a male body replacer with a permanent erection - such as some of the options for Better Males on Nexus

3 - install a male body replacer that will apply erections during sex animations and offers differing angles to match animation stages - such as SOS (Schlongs of Skyrim) here on LoversLab, or, I think, SAM (Shape Atlas for Men)

 

I'd suggest option 3, and use SOS myself. Option 2 can lead to some odd moments when stripping dead NPCs (who obviously died happy) and option 1 is something that Ashal himself recommends against.
