[Request] Spectator Type Mod

Hello, I think we should get a new Spectator mod. The recent one Spectator Crowds Ultra Edition was in the beta phase when wpg97541 disappeared. He last updated the file on August 24 2014 and he was last online on October 27 2014. Dont know about mainfct. So I doubt he will ever get back to continuing the mod, though he did not say anything about stopping mod support but he has stopped coming online for more than 10 months.

Also the mod requires much compatibility patches as well or should we get a new code for the mod altogether depends on who wants to work on the new coding, but if you ask me, wpg97541 did not say we cant use his resources to make the code up to date and there is no way we can ask for his permission either. So, if anyone wants to work on it please post below.

The basic features of the mod at the moment is okay, but I do think we should add some more features, like the aggressors stopping, which should be replaced and made a new more advanced one. The guards and surrounding NPCs should get/play more role on stopping aggressors and there should be configuration options to select which NPCs will react how.

I am sorry if I do sound arrogant and ignorant by requesting so much, but I thought if I could gather some information and give clear suggestions on what do I want from the mod, it will help the modder who will work on this.
