I really like saki que  which is appearently by the same developer as anise 2 or re: anise . So if anyone has links to the download + english translations It would be much appresiated

Last I heard, the guy is still making it. You can find the downloads for his latest demos in his site or his forum. He has yet to finish any of his games.

Sure , saki que was unfinnished but hey its like 10 hrs+ of game play:) . anyway any idea of any english transations or english patches?

No, not now and not ever. 3D Custom Girl graphics are universally considered the indication of crappy games both here and in Japan. Granted, Anise games show quite a bit of work to them, but none of them have ever been finished, so I doubt you will see any patches of the sort in this decade. You might as well learn japanese.
