Custom Race - problem in join any faction

Hello

 

For some time Im create new character with "Dark Races" by Bella but when Im play more I see trouble with join any faction, any fix for it?

I can join to mages [College of Winterhold] and now again I have problem join to Companions. On forum Im read its give problem with Dark Brotherhood quests and with been vampire.

 

Then any chance for fix it or I need play with default races only ?
