This was originally ported to Skyrim in 2013 as seen in this mod. Modding tools for Witcher 3 have not yet been released, so you won't likely see any ports of the actual Yennefer outfit until that happens.

Hmm didn't knew, I haven't pay any attention to witcher story & games till recently with the 3rd game. It seems the same just a re-texture from brown to black. Thanks for the info
