Cant surrender to animals in Defeat

Recommended Posts

Hey, just a little problem I'm experiencing here, and was hoping someone could help. I've got Sexlab Defeat and a bunch of other mods installed, and animations and everything work fine, but for some reason I cant surrender to creatures. Surrendering to humanoids work fine, and creature animations play if knocked down through combat, so I know I at least got everything installed correctly. Is there some sort of option I need to tick off/on to fix this?

"Creature

If you surrender to a creature, your character will take a submission pose to “invite” the creature, you can’t surrender to creatures that are not SexLab allowed/enabled."

Also before you ask, yes the creatures are sex lab allowed, that's not the problem.

Uninstall Script heavy mods and try it again.

Its probably just failing to work due to other mods you have clogging up the script system.  Your likely to notice that when you stop using your immersive mods like DSR, equipment overhaul, and various other need meters that your other mods like Defeat become much more responsive.

Also I've noticed quite a few new modders have the tendency to have a vampire or werewolf overhaul installed even when they are not playing as one these overhauls are very hefty hard hitters and should not be installed for regular playthroughs.

To top it off its particularly bizarre when I hear of people using a needs, frostfall, wetcold mod alongside a vamp mod alongside sexlab mods sorry man that set up is bound for failure.

Just remove those mods you don't actually need for Defeat to work.  Be sure to use a save cleaner in this process.  Make sure your using an unmodded home like Breezehome is a good spot.

Yeah just tried this out and it did not work. Any other ideas? Really from how its working with everything else, i think i may just be missing an option somewhere, so if anyone can point me in the right direction i'd appreciate it.

Hello, I had this problem. Yesterday I updated Fnis creature pack to 5-3, and now it works perfectly. As for the probable missing options: allow the creatures in Sexlab and defeat itself.

Hello. Like i've said, the problem isnt that animations wont play, the problem is that i cant surrender to creatures. I have everything you've stated in your comment.
