[Q]How Come no one every ported Chain Beast to skyrim?

just wondering why something like Chain Beast was never recreated on skyrim, i personal liked the idea, and it is a shame no one created(yet) a skyrim version.

any info would be good.

Chain beast took a lot of animation and modeling for the chain beasts.  It seemed like a pretty ambitious project.

surely someone could convert the animations and stuff from oblivion to skyrim then set it up ?
