CTD on gamestart or in racemenu

Hello, I'm having some trouble with my game.

I use Mod Organizer and have 3 profiles. A)My main one for gameplay, where I don't use the adult mods (well, CBBE HDT and I think FNIS SEXY move), then one for fun and testing different mods, especially ones related to sexlab. 
Then C) the third one I created to make a new character and play the game, only with some added sex mods. 
And of course this is the one I seem to have problems with - either it crashes on starting skyrim, or in racemenu (using start a new life).

When I run A, everything works fine (okay it might crash like once or twice in a 5+ hour long session).

When I try to run C though, the game either crashes during startup (don't even get the skyrim logo, no idea what could cause this) or when I get to racemenu and change sex of the character. 
EDIT: just tried again and it crashed without changing the sex of the character.
This would suggest to me that there is some problem with the female body, so I checked if I don't have mods with different bodytypes or armors for another bodytype or something like that, as I use CBBE in A but want to try sevenBase in C.  I checked the modlist a few times and tried turning different things on and off, but can't figure out the source of the problem.  

I let the Mod Organier sort the plugins (think it uses loot) and get no errors, though there are 3 warnings, as I forgot how to clean files with TES5Edit (did it like 2 years ago I think,then hadn't played for quite some time, then only recently started again).
When I switch between the different builds, I always run the reprocced (for SkyRe) and then FNIS.

Any ideas of what I am missing?

Run Tes5Edit and fix whatever Errors there are.

Also install Showracemenu Precache Killer and/or the SKSE Memory Patch.

Hi.
Was honestly not sure, but had installed both showracemenu precache killer and SKSE Memory patch (not sure if there are any newer versions ofc).
Anyway, I looked at the Antariax's guide and I might just go and create a clear new install according to his guide. 
I would use TES5Edit, but remember that when I did it the last times the guide (made by Gopher iirc) said that it can mess up things if you don't know what you're doing, and I do not know what I'm doing, so I might just turn killable children and dance of death off, as they are the only ones popping up warnings.
edit: So turns out TES5Edit isn't nearly as hard as I thought it is (or they made it easier, which is probably the case). 
Unfortunately it didn't stop the issues so I'm going with the clean install
