Need help editing a mesh.

I'm trying to edit the CBBE meshes of the R18Pn Inner Wear Set so that I can remove the panties. I was able to do it in Bodyslide for the A set, but the B set has the top and bottom one object, as it were, instead of a separate top/bottom as it was with the A set.

Now, I know next to nothing about the editing of meshes beyond some work in Bodyslide, so any help that someone could provide would be excellent.
