I just installed that mod and it's working, (MCM showed up)... Now my question is how to use the assets? All the collars and stuff, i don't really want to do quests. Is there a way to obtain the item and equip it on a NPC?

you generally will need mods such as Devious for the Masses, Devious Cursed Loot, or Captured Dreams to be able to get the items in game without using console commands or quests

Cursed loot is the good one if you want to get locked up randomly.  Captured dreams is the store where you can buy them all and use them how you want.  I don't use masses though but I think that just throws them on random mobs?

Yes, you can choose which random mobs get what type of items in Masses.

I have downloaded Captured Dreams and installed it but as i can see it's still requiring me to do a quest. Isn't there an item list so i can spawn all the items? On the captured dreams i can't find the NPC.
