How to create custom looking NPC in game

 

You will need:

Jaxonz Positioner

Race Menu

AFT (Optional)*

1.Run race menu and click Presets button.Then save your current character.

 

2.Now when your main character is saved use race menu to create your custom looking NPC.

3.When youre done.Press R and name your NPC

 

4.Press ~ aka (open console) and click on your character

 

5.Press num enter multiple times (sometimes 1 sometimes 3 times)to select your char via Jaxonz Positioner

6.Now when your character is properly selected.(She/He will have purpule glowing thing on body).Press num *

 

7.You will clone yourself 

 

8.Run race menu and use presets button to load your main.

9.Profit

 

*Use AFT to control your custom NPC.[To give him armors,weapons,etc]

 

You can create many NPC via this method but its not recommended to save game!

Well hot damn. It's not the most permanent thing since any kind of reloading will apply the racemenu changes to your clone, so you gotta make it work then and there, but it's a quick and dirty trick that works.

Sadly that's a true.But this is great trick to make some short scenes or cool screenshots.But it might be another trick to save edited character permanetly.I mean im not sure is it gonna work i cant test it by myself.If you intrested download mod called Game2mod http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/64048/?by Jaxonz.There is a option to save objects edited by positioner to standalone mod and there is also option to save NPC.
