And every half hour or so, it will crash. Load order below, could one of you canny chaps have a look at it and see if boss is missing something? In order of offensive Lag Top being highest. Please note these are nice mods I like em in fact but cant always use them...Also note that currently there seems to be no way to accurately measure script load and/or increase speed on the user end without messing stuff up otherwise it'd be as well known as say SKSE. This list are top offenders that I am aware of, though seriously some Sexlab mods could be here. ACE realistic combat module < runs checks at like 0.5 seconds or less >< cool mod though Wet and Cold Frostfall Ineed RND Dual Sheath Redux Equipment Overhaul Armed to the Teeth Skytest Realistic Animals and Predators (Original mod not the AI only one.) Almost all mods that use a cloak spell and check in 1 second or less. List of Sexlab mods that can be considered to be in that list. Sexlab Aroused original Sexlab Aroused Redux ( if using default settings ) Creature Framework ( if using default settings, the aroused feature not sure why its even in the framework >< should be a serperate mod) Stuff I'm using right now, that will cause latency but might just be manageable. OBIS ASIS Immersive Creature DFB Random Encounter Stuff I think should be considered to be problematic Wearable Lantern --------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm fairly certain that besides clogging up the system and facing some stutter/crashes that using these can also result in less FPS performance...Though one of the above may not cause enough on its own. The problem is who stops at using just one? This isn't exhaustive list, though this is typically what I'll have an issue with when running a heavy Sexlab Load with you know all the trimmings. Honestly the game will actually run much smoother, better performance with less of these mods present. I've had some very nice Sexlab, Defeat, Devious Device, Arroused, and Deviously Cursed Loot runs with just those mods <--- and none of the above in the Load Order....Boring I know right? But pretty much good performance and no issues. Same could be said about carefully selecting mods in that list and not running other mods. So the issue here is basically you gotta pick and choose. And uh its kinda like being blind folded while making those choices you don't know any better than anyone else if your script bucket is going to overflow. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I just uninstalled Wet and Cold <---Uses Cloaks there is no slider to change the amount of time it applies would be better if it did have this. Dual Sheath Redux <uses a constant and I mean constant Cloak application spell >< I'm going to remove these myself soon Frostfall All patches related to Frostfall Its just that its troublesome and doesn't fit either with a sexy run. I can also just download and use the Camping Module which really is what I wanted to use.

As good an explanation as any other, however, what would you say is a decent sweet-spot for the amount of mods running? As in, how many could I run, while keeping the game running smoothly? Also, thanks very much. That was an easy to understand response. Cleaning mods with TESVEdit is actually pretty simple. After you load the .esp/.esm file into TESVEdit it's a total of about 6 clicks, and you're done. While it IS a bit time consuming? It's totally worth it if you don't crash frequently. I also don't see a bashed patch in your log. That can help with some incompatibilities between mods, especially those that have leveled lists, like Apocalypse.

VERY few SexLab mods need cleaned, as the authors usually take care of this before uploading them.
IrishSalamander Posted May 20, 2015 Author Posted May 20, 2015 Ok, so what should I do to avoid the freezes and crashes then? I can't stress enough that my rig shouldn't be the problem, I've spent more than a grand on it and I'm quite confident that it can handle a heavy work load.

I'm completing it, reformatting it, then reposting it as a thread here in Tech Support, since that's primarily what it's about. There are a few sections that are just flavor mods, but mostly the guide is about how to make your game stable, look fantastic, be full of features.... you get the idea.
