Restart game, it will generate a new one. You will have to remap your keys.

In this case I would try a Steam Revalidation. Be sure to backup your ini files and what ever else you think Steam might put its grubby fingers on D:

Gameplayer Posted May 22, 2015 Posted May 22, 2015 Yeah done the revalidation too, alas to no effect A google search and a quick read through a Steam column revealed that several users that used Steam Client to launch their game had an issue with Steam Overlays, they said that if you simply entered Steam Overlay and exited that the controls worked again. Another column search was turning off something called Raptor. Its also happened to Nvidea Users a year ago, simply downloading a more recent driver would resolve that issue if you use Nvdia. Another user reported that deleting the INI's and getting new ones vai starting the game from the Steam Launcher fixed the issue. One user reported he had to exempt his Exe from Norton AV??? that didn't sound legit. Another reset his Windows Firewall, another contacted their cable company. Found all that in like one search man.
