I know they use different skeletons or something of that sort but would it be possible? or maybe convert their skeletons to use draugr's? I'm not sure how it works so pardon my stupidity

If you just want to see your character getting it from a zombie, all you need is to do the following:

 

1. Install that mod or any dead body mod (I use Rotten Corpses). It's essentially a body replacer for NPCs, in this case dead ones. 

 

2. Install SOS.

 

3. Go in game and console spawn a 'dead npc'. (I use 'Dead Scholar'. Just Console 'help deadscholar'). 

 

4. Initiate sex with mod of your choice (I use Matchmaker).

 

5. ???

6. Profit

 

It does have limitations. Because the replacer mod above only has the meshes/textures for the upper body, there's no removing the zombie's pair of pants and what you get is basically a cock sticking out of them. As shown below.

There's also Necromancy - Undead FX and Sexlab Necrophilia - both can be a little quirky (likely to have script issues) but it's entertaining when it works.
