Sexlab - Annekke Bandit Quest will not initiate

"Annekke's Release":  I have completed "Talk to the explorer and adventurer Annekke Crag-Jumper."   It is checked.  I cannot get "Talk to Annekke Crag-Jumper to find out about her Bandit problem - then solve that problem" to initiate.  I try to talk to Annekke, but all she gives me is vanilla responses.  I tried waiting 24 hours.  I tried leaving and returning.  NADA.  Finally, out of frustration, I opened the Console and did:  setstage sexlabamorousadventuresannekke 20.  The Console APPEARS to accept the command, but it does NOT advance the quest.  Help, please.   What the heck did I miss?  I met her daughter first, and I have already delivered her letter pack to her father.  Now, I'm SUPPOSED to solve Annekke's bandit problem, then accompany her back to her daughter with Annekke's husbands letter pack (which he's already given me).

• As with all radiant quests that have multiple quest-givers, you can only have one of them active at a time. If you want to start Annekke's quest and you already have another version of Kill the Bandit Leader active, you need to complete it before you can start this one.
• Annekke Crag-Jumper or Ahtar may not give this radiant quest, even if you have no other active quests that could possibly conflict with it. This renders it impossible to recruit them as a follower.

you can try to start the quest with startquest favor104 or setstage favor104 10

however since that is a radiant quest iam not shure how it works becouse there are more questgivers than just anneke, maybe standing next to her is enough maybe it doesnt work at all maybe there is a command that iam not aware of to set the questgiver.

 

do you play with the unovicial patches? if yes are they in the correct loadorder? it shout be:

I remember having something similar with that quest. I think it got solved when I was wandering around, found cave near Annekkes house and cleared it. And quest advanced after that. I never got the location of cave, but it was there. Perhaps sw from Annekke's house. It's been several weeks so can't recall exactly.
