Arngrim11 Posted March 17, 2012 Posted March 17, 2012 I was wondering if any of you had the know how to convert a sims geom file to an obj or the like. I was wanting to try and port a hair style but couldn't get the file converted. I'm sure I can take care of the rest of anyone and convert the file type to something I can open with max. Here are the links if anyone can help me out http://www.peggyzone.com/Sims3Detail.html?id=000245&sortId=00 and http://www.peggyzone.com/Sims3Detail.html?id=000498&sortId=00.
Endiness Posted March 17, 2012 Posted March 17, 2012 I actually been trying to figure this out for the last 3 hours. Bottom line is nothing works with the latest version of 3ds max or blender. use s3pe to extract data from packages Blender 2.49 simgeom import/export scripts for blender 2.49
