ENB help (using MO)

Hey. I need some help with ENB.

I got the newest version 0.269. I took the d3d9.dll and enbhost.exe from the wrapper version to my skyrim steam folder.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim

I use MO and edited the skyrimprefs.ini from the ini editor adding the bFloatPointRenderTarget=1 under the [display] area.

I also made sure these 3 lines were set to = 1:

bTreesReceiveShadows=1

bDrawLandShadows=1
bShadowsOnGrass=1

However when i startup my game it is all messed up:

What did i do wrong?

Is this the only thing you see? Look like you spawned below the surface. I had that first running an ENB. You can try in console  (~key)

and type :

coc QAsmoke

coc WhiterunExterior01

This brings you to the testchamber or outside of Whiterun respectively.

With the tfc you can even see if you can 'fly' towards the surface.

I think if you use a lot of MCM/SKSE/Script mods when you run a New game, glitches happen, probably due to loading issues, that was my problem.

ok. this gives me a whole new problem. i used that coc WhiterunExterior01 command and the game crashed. so i tried making a new game. the game chrashes, even with all mods removed. so it is definately the ENB doing something to the game.

i tried to remove the dll file and exe file i put in my skyrim folder, and the game works again.

no clue how to fix this... maybe i fucked and need to re-install everything :/ that is not the program files folder...

EDIT: ok i tried something else. i added the lines to the skyrimprefs.ini in my 'my games' skyrim folder and ran the game normally through steam, not using MO... and it works. ENB is enable and everything looks fine.. so the problem lies with MO running ENB.

Anybody know something about this? will also do a google search on the problem.

EDIT2: I found a solution. if i run the injector instead, it works using MO.

PS. i had an error from ENB telling me hardware AA was enabled when it loaded the game, i fixed that by deleting the skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini from the MO folder. (since I was 100% sure no AA was added to the game neither trough nvidia panel or the skyrim launcher).

MO recreated the files and i put in the values again, and the error message is gone.

That's interesting. For me the injector is the only thing that works as well, mostly has to do with my dual graphics laptop. Glad to hear you managed to fix it. ENB can be a tricky beast, but it is so very much worth it!
