Scanning horizontal lines with ENB

So I have been using Seasons Of Skyrim ENB for some time and it gives me this strange scanning-like horizontal lines that go from up to bottom. They are not present on the screenshots however, just while playing. Sometimes it's really subtle so I have to really focus to see them but other times it's bad, unplayable bad. It is a bit like an old TV effect. 

Any help on this one guys ?

Try turning off ingame vsync, see if that helps.
