Animations suddenly stop

I was using sexlab and spouses enhanced perfectly for a while. I kept getting an error message for fnis every time that I loaded the game but they still worked. I installed another mod and was having some issues so I tried to check if any mods were working against each other. I momentarily turned off sexlab and spouses enhanced and now the mods do not work and the animations no longer happen. I installed both mods again and ran fnis again and I still have no animations. Is there anything I can do?
