You probably downloaded the wrong packaged file from HumanNature66 Long Nails.

 

Anyway the author was HumanNature66 or sometimes called HN66, I think the file is HN66 Nails.

 

There are several files for different body types

UNP

CBBE

7base

 

Also there are about 1/2 dozen extra options so it was bound to be confusing at first look.

Options like new vanilla gloves and even a hand replacer or just use the nails as a glove.

 

So plenty of easy ways to install the wrong file.

 

I think even a few others as well but basically you got the wrong one, your hands probably would have lined up with UNP.

i tried that it doesnt fix it also if i take the nails off the problem persists hmmmmmmmmm

If your wearing no nails or gloves, nothing on hands at all.

 

Then you have overwritten your Femalehand mesh file.

 

Might want to unpack a fresh hand file and install it.
