Change NPC head nif weight

I want to use head (weight 100) to fit body (weight 50)

the result I get have clipping

 

is it possible? I have very little mod knowledge

I am not %100 sure but I don't think the head has weights attached too it, you have to make sure your weights are set up correctly with your body_0 and body_1.nif's
