Joomla Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 so i was playing in skyrim and noticed everytime i looted enemy their bodies except hands, feet and head disappeared. so i started to do some tests here are results (all tests for females only): only bodies looted after death will appear mostly invisible. using removeallitems command on alive npc showed correct naked bodies. using new game proved that all races for player had correct naked textures (again using removeallitems in character creation to test it) enemies that die and have any effect from deadly mutilation instantly have this effect even if not looted. enemies that are forced to unequip armor with commands (while it remains in inventory) have their bodies still fine. If non-equipped armor is taken by commands or if npc is killed and then non-equipped armor is looted bodies are fine. own character does not lose body if dies and removing all armor during game has correct body as well as dying while naked has correct body https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/193991922/2015-05-12_00004.jpg<- this is npc before looting https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/193991922/2015-05-12_00005.jpg<- this is how npc is after looting i link pic of my load order since the fact nmm does not seem to have export option for it and im not going to write it by hand https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/193991922/loadorder.pngi have noticed this first time quite a long time ago but it seems to have somehow increased in how often it happens (because in past it seemed to happen less more of exception) i have both latest skse 1.7.2and FNIS V5.2 i have also done after every mod no matter what mod just in case generate FNIS thing and i also used skyproc patcher thing that came with perkus maximus mod. i use LOOT to order my mods.
Gameplayer Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 Deadly Mutilation Has had its body type or/and its armor types for your female bodies overwritten by another mod. Basically DM and Crimson Tide, they have a body in the mod and some armor too....Its part of how the mutilations work so well. When you score the critical hit shit happens and the models those mods install work for that. The trouble comes into play when you then install new body, skeleton, and new armors to spruce up your game cause now you just overwrote its stuff. The same sort of thing could happen if say you then decide to install SOS for male bodies or go the step further and install male armors. Basically it would have been easier to spot with say Mod Organizer with its overwrite warning panel on the left pane. A lot easier to test as well.
